Covers electrically powered meat processing installations/appliances including animal stunners (hand held, semi-automatic and automated), immobilisers, accelerated conditioning systems and spinal discharge units. These installations/appliances are used in the meat processing industry for humane and safety reasons as well as to cover special requirements of New Zealand’s overseas customers for meat products.
