Gives rules for describing and evaluating portable field balancing equipment to enable users to compare different maufacturers’ products. Lists items to be described including system operation and performance limits, and mechanical and electrical characteristics of the components such as the vibration transducer, amplitude indicator, angle reference generator and indicator and any other devices incorporated in the system.
