This Technical Report identifies non-functional characteristics of Service Enablers, about which a potential user may want information to assess whether a given Service Enabler is suitable for the user’s intended purpose and environment. The TR includes an xml file that providers of SEs can populate as a standard way to make information on the SEs’ characteristics available. It is envisioned that the xml file would be included as a per-SE unit of information in catalogs of Service Enablers.
