ASTM A955/A955M-17a covers deformed and plain stainless-steel bars for concrete reinforcement in cut lengths and coils used inapplications requiring resistance to corrosion or controlled magnetic permeability. The standard sizes and dimensions of deformedbars and their numerical designation shall be those listed in Table 1. The text of this specification references notes and footnoteswhich provide explanatory material. These notes and footnotes (excluding those in tables and figures) shall not be considered asrequirements of the specification.
