This Practice provides installation details for power and control circuits to AC squirrel cage induction motors (600 Volts and below) located in Class I, Division 2 areas; in Class II, Division 2 areas; and in unclassified areas. This Practice describes the basic assumptions used in developing these details and provides guidelines for their use. Previous versions of these details were originally published in ELIMT000 which will be withdrawn at a later date.
